Paula is thorough, professional, friendly, confidential, extremely detail-oriented, an excellent listener, and of course, incredibly organized. I loved that she asked good questions to get a feel for my style, needs and priorities and then worked hard and fast to help unpack and completely organize all key areas of my home. These included the kitchen, bathrooms, drawers and cabinets, closets, children’s bedrooms, master bedroom, family room, dining room. She and a few helpers spent a good part of 3 days in my new home. There was a tremendous amount of sorting (keep, donate, trash/recycle) and helping set up systems that worked for our family. Paula’s help was so motivating for us. Our toddler and his stuff have taken over our small home. Paula’s ideas were tremendous. Who would of thought to move a good many of the toys and books from our family room to a nearby under-utilized hall closet that mostly had cleaning supplies. She transformed our linen and miscellaneous supply closet, organized and de-cluttered our front entry, relocated some furniture in our family room and created a kid-zone area for our son, all the while taking his safety in consideration, and all in one session. We hired Paula based upon reviews, but truly didn’t know what to expect from a professional organizer when it came to moving into a new home and wanting our kitchen and pantry done. It was a totally different space and we didn’t know what to do. Paula worked with us, asking us so many questions about our lifestyle and habits and what we wanted in our new kitchen. After downsizing to a condo, my husband and I had one room that was a catch all, multi purpose. And it was a mess! Not inviting at all. In a few hours, Paula made changes that improved it 100 %.
